Formula E Season 4 Campaign
As lead designer for Formula E, a global championship racing 100% electric cars. I personally put myself up for the task of art directing the 2018 advertising campaign after a lack of faith in the current agency we were using.
Each piece had to show one of the 11 cities hosting the race and convey the fast-paced action and electric atmosphere at the heart of each Formula E event. I chose to create an illustrated version of each race using previous photography with an unique mix of hand drawn retouching and digital effects. This set of images was then artworked into everything from billboards, to merchandise, web banners, site wraps and even an animated screen in Times Square.
